This Site describes Handyman Services, Home Repair, Drywall Repair, Drywall Patching, Furniture Assembly, Lock Replacement, Shelf Installation, Floor Installation provided by FixRight Home Services LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. FixRight Home Services LLC (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. FixRight Home Services LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. FixRight Home Services LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Law and Venue. DE law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in DE.
